Georgia Estate Wedding Venue: After the Wedding Photos

What happens when inclement weather forces you to take your wedding pictures indoors when your plan was to capture your special day amongst your venue’s impeccable grounds and scenery?

What if daylight is slipping away after your ceremony, you don’t want to miss greeting friends and family at cocktail hour, and yet you want to take portraits before sunset. Do you take photos before the ceremony? If you’re a traditional bride, you likely won’t want to see each other before the ceremony.

Sometimes, couples simply don’t have enough time for wedding portraits, or in the most unfortunate of cases, they don’t love their wedding photos when they get them back.

These scenarios are the perfect reminder of the growing trend of after the wedding photos. Logistically, finding time for wedding photos can be stressful if the timeline runs even five minutes off. After the wedding photography is a problem-solving opportunity, alleviating the pressure to be everywhere at once while creating a romantic photo shoot during the first days (or weeks) of being husband and wife.
