Our facility is an ideal setting for weddings and special events such as rehearsal dinners and holiday parties. The beautiful pink marble mansion offers a European elegance to any event.

Adjacent to the mansion is our charming formal garden built in 1934 as a commemorative of the Tate Family owning the property for 100 years. It features a romantic marble Grecian Stoa and bench complimented with an Etowah Pink Marble fountain and is surrounded by an old stone pathway and shade trees.

This 27 acre estate with views of the North Georgia Mountains has nine cottages available for overnight guests. Each cottage has a covered rocking chair front porch and wood burning fireplace.
